DO YOU OFFER A DISCOUNT FOR CARERS?

We offer free admission for full time carers on a 1:1 basis. Please see full details on our Accessibility page.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY FOR ADVANCED TICKETS?

Tickets are not refundable or transferable, so please check your purchase carefully.

DO I NEED CASH?

Financial transactions at the Main Gate, Garden Terrace Tea Room and Gift Shop can be made by cash or card. Please note that at events, transactions with traders may be cash-only and there is not a cash point on site.
